Welcome to TradeON. By downloading, accessing, or using the TradeON application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

3. Wallet Services

TradeON allows users to send, receive, swap, and stake supported cryptocurrencies. Blockchain transactions are processed on decentralized networks and cannot be reversed once confirmed.

4. Cryptocurrency Risks

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The value of digital assets may increase or decrease significantly. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with buying, holding, swapping, staking, or transferring cryptocurrencies.

5. ROI Program

Participation in the TradeON ROI Program is voluntary. Eligibility, reward calculations, and payout schedules are governed by the applicable program rules. Participation does not guarantee profits unless expressly stated in the applicable program terms. TradeON reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the ROI Program at any time, subject to applicable laws.

6. Referral Program

9. Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. TradeON cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect wallet address or unsupported blockchain network. Users are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before confirmation.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use TradeON for illegal or fraudulent activities, attempt unauthorized access to the platform, distribute malware, manipulate referral or reward programs, or violate applicable laws or regulations.

11. Suspension or Termination

TradeON may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or platform policies.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, software, and intellectual property associated with TradeON remain the property of TradeON or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Privacy

Your use of TradeON is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeON shall not be liable for cryptocurrency market losses, blockchain network failures or delays, third-party wallet or exchange issues, losses caused by incorrect transaction details, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
